Weekend Rates: (Friday – Sunday)

Saturday full-day rental: $2,000 for the Venue rental from 9am -11pm.

Friday rehearsal add-on: $800 This fee is to secure the half-day Friday before for set-up and rehearsal. Highly recommended to take stress and pressure off of doing it all in one day. Venue is available from 12pm – 9pm.

Friday full-day rental: $1,800

Friday half-day rental: $900 (~6 hours and not available for weddings/receptions)

Sunday full-day rental: $1,500

Sunday half-day rental: $750 (~6 hours and not available for weddings/receptions)

Weekday Rates: (Monday – Thursday)

$1,200 full day rental

$600 half day rental (~ 6 hours)

$350 Luncheon/Business Meeting (~ 3 hours, available Monday – Thursday, available between 8am – 3pm)

*Prices do not include a separate day/time for rehearsal. Rehearsals can be done the morning of, or off-site somewhere. Adding on a half-day rental the day before is the best option to secure rehearsal time and early set-up.

*We no longer offer half day rentals for weddings/receptions. Please inquire for other options for Friday/Sunday small wedding/reception rentals that don’t require a full day.

*All rentals come with 3 farmhouse tables, 4 cocktail tables for the patio, and a mobile bar for serving drinks. Anything else will need to be rented.

*The max capacity for 305 Trackside varies depending on your event. Please inquire to be certain. Seated events, using the indoor and outdoor space, can hold up to 200 guests. Seated events, inside only, can hold 100 guests.

*50% NONREFUNDABLE security deposit required at time of signing of contract to secure requested date.

*$500 Damage/Cleaning deposit is required in addition to above mentioned fees, and is fully refundable if/when site is left the way it was found (cleaned up, no damage, etc.). $100/hour is deducted from fee for not picking up after yourself/guests after the event.
