Saturday full-day rental: $2,000 (Comes with room at The Jefferson for getting ready and the honeymoon night! $1,800 for the Venue rental without The Jefferson room. We offer a limited number of half-day Saturday rentals during the “off season”. Please inquire for pricing.
Friday rehearsal add-on: $500 This fee is to secure the half-day Friday before for set-up and rehearsal. Highly recommended to take stress and pressure off of doing it all in one day.

*We no longer offer half day rentals for weddings/receptions. Please inquire for other options for Friday/Sunday small wedding/reception rentals that don’t require a full day.
*All Saturday Wedding Rentals come with a room at The Jefferson Inn in Southern Pines, for the bridal party to get ready and as a Honeymoon Suite for that night! Group packages also available for out-of-town guests, please inquire with The Jefferson Inn. On some occasions there is no room available. If that happens, the Saturday rental rate is discounted $200.
*All rentals come with 3 farmhouse tables, 4 cocktail tables for the patio, a mobile bar, an antique train cart for gifts/decoration, and two chalkboards, one for each entrance. Anything else will need to be rented.
*The max capacity for 305 Trackside varies depending on your event. Please inquire to be certain. Seated events, using the indoor and outdoor space, can hold up to 150 guests. Seated events, inside only, can hold 100 guests.
*25% NONREFUNDABLE security deposit required at time of signing of contract to secure requested date.
*$500 Damage/Cleaning deposit is required in addition to above mentioned fees, and is fully refundable if/when site is left the way it was found (cleaned up, no damage, etc.). $100/hour is deducted from fee for not picking up after yourself/guests after the event.
*501(c)3 organizations receive 10% off all pricing. Special pricing for Non-Profits during off season(January – February and July – August). Please inquire for further info.
